So I called the dealer on this one, they said it Auto-populates from Ford, this a Customer order. He explained all customer orders will show up on his website

Odd that this dealer's website shows them, but not other dealers...

I thought the same exact thing.. Give them a call
Nah...I don't intend to get adversarial with them. But if I was one of their customers, I'm not sure I'd like having my order listed on their website. Just seems weird...

Was hoping I could find the actual horsepower in the tech spec, but it isn’t confirmed. I would think if a website can auto populate with this kind of info they would know final power and gas mileage numbers. Looks like some of these things are about going down the assembly line.

Agreed, my first thought is advertising a incoming high demand vehicle hoping to hook a buyer willing to pay ADM.

I've run across lots of Ford dealers that have their website tied to the Ford inventory system. Most of the time they have no idea that a VIN or window sticker has been issued and that they are due to receive the vehicle I'm calling about. If the window sticker is green then it's a special order vehicle and usually spoken for. What you want to see is a blue window sticker which usually means the vehicle is not spoken for.

All the correct specs seem to populate on the listing at first glance. Listing shows 400HP and 430 Torque…… maybe this is correct?

Those are internet-based guesses (not to mention the minimum spec proposed by Ford). The giveaway is that they listed TBD for the fuel economy, and all those numbers (power and MPG) are all certified by the same Federal agency.
