2022 Bronco Raptor
4.82 seconds 0-60 mph using the industry standard 1 ft rollout mimicking drag track timing.

Agreed, our Bronco Raptor's are not a paved road race car. However if you enjoy racing it's fun no matter what the ride is and if you've invested in any performance modifications the most reliable measurement device for validation is a timed acceleration test.

Unfortunately I didn't have the Dragy device to measure the stock times, so I have a couple examples further below for reference. Also, Dragy device with windshield mount is new to me, next I'd like to learn how to record a video of the gage cluster during an acceleration test.
As with any vehicle, the launch is everything for low times, however in the Bronco Raptor it's more challenging than a typical modern day sports car with auto transmission.
Then there is the Raptor settings for: shocks, drive mode, traction control on or off, 2H 4A or 4H, rear locker on or off, exhaust setting, auto or manual paddle shifting, and of course what RPM's to launch.

Performance Modifications consists of:
Whipple intercooler
Whipple Tune
Borla ATAK exhaust
TurboSmart diverter - likely not a significant performance enhancement but is a powertrain change.
UPR single valve catch can - likely not a significant performance enhancement but is a powertrain change.

Conditions and settings: flat paved road in rural farmland community, 36 degrees F, tires at 32psi, Sport drive mode, Sport exhaust, normal shocks, auto, 4A, 2100 rpm launch. Unfortunately I backed off at just over 62 mph thereby not getting a 1/4 time as it was dark on a fall evening with too many deer watching, or I was hoping they would just be watching.

4.82 sec 0-60 using the industry standard 1 ft rollout, or 5.10 compared to Edmunds test times as they are the only publishers not using the 1 ft rollout. Really hooked good on launch, next time I'll try even a lower tire psi. Notice the g force curve 1st, 2nd, and 3rd spikes which represent respective gear changes on the chart below. When it hit 2nd it felt like the front tires for a split second lifted, but we know that is highly unlikely in our 6k lb Raptors, regardless it was enough to be exhilarating.

The next night I tried my only to date 1/4 mile run attempt as shown below, however I blew the launch with too many rpm's which made the engine cut power just before launching. The poor launch can be seen in the "speed" blue line below resulting in a 5.94 sec 0-60, so I was already .74 sec slower then the 5.10 run above. I still ran a 14.06 at 98.3 mph, so it appears it should run a 13.3-13.5 1/4 mile at over 100 mph. Hoping next spring to visit a drag track to practice and perfect the launch. On a track prepped surface the launch should be even quicker, maybe in 2H with rear locker.

I think what's more impressive, for this 6k lb off road truck on 37's, is the freeway acceleration, the punch in sport mode from 60 to 90 plus is amazing all while producing a very wicked exhaust note through the Borla ATAK exhaust.

Stock Bronco Raptor 0-60 times that I remember vary from 5.6 to 6.4 seconds.
Middleton Motorsports 0-60 test results, all stock powertrain other than tire replacement to Nitto 37's.

Edmonds test in Palm Springs with Pre-production Bronco Raptor during Ford's media test event. 392 comparison is with 33" KO2's.

I think the Rubicon 392 may be quicker 0-60 but I think I've closed the gap with my current mods.
Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 in 2021 had 33" K02 tires. Car and Driver tested the Rubicon 392 with a 0-60 time of 4.0 sec in 2021 w/33's.
Screenshot below from google search and the 0-60 time would be on a track that includes a 1 ft rollout.

Motorweek recently tested the Rubicon 392 Extreme pkg (35" KO2's & winch) with best 0-60 time of 5.20 with 1 ft. rollout.

SVT Performance was fortunate to have 5 star tuning at the track for some tuning enhancements, which typically is ideal. He's also running a couple additional performance modifications although it's difficult to determine how much those assisted. Being on a track prepped surface definitely helps with the launch and I'm looking forward to giving it a try next year.
I find it enjoyable to hang out on a open test & tune day and do a little playing myself. I'm also currently not planning to add additional performance enhancements as I feel I'm at the point of a "good value" for street and off road driving.
