Event - Raptors on the Rocks in Moab

Hello All,

My wife and I participated last year at this event and had a blast. For rookies they have a training run the first day. The people were great and very helpful. Tons of knowledge of the Moab area was shared by the organizers. The only thing lacking was more Bronco Raptors. Approximately 56 F150 Raptors, 4 Bronco Raptors, 4 Regular Broncos on 35 inch tires and a Toyota TRX.

I am not one of the organizers and just putting this out there to see if we can get more people in on the fun. May 8th - 11th. Four days of trails. They had 9 options last year and sounds like they are adding more. Groups were kept to no more than 12 vehicles per.

I met Chuck when I was doing a week of trails with some friends in Moab. Chuck was invited along as another great wheeler who knew the area well. He was telling me about the Fast Raptor runs he does. I will be back there overlanding in Moab end of March with the same group. Hopefully Chuck will make an appearance. I like Chuck but May doesn't work for me. One day I would like to do some of his runs. They sound amazing.

King of Hammers is beginning of Feb. That should be a great time again. Just collecting some new camping gear for this years adventure.

Enjoy May is sounds like a great time and with Chuck it's got to be good.

Bummer. I’ll be there a week later for a trip already planned last month. Would love to get my raptor out with other owners. Maybe next time.
