Episode # 1 - Very informative 13 minute video of design and manufacturing process.

"In this video we showcase the design process for our Ford Bronco Raptor 4.5" Fender Flares."

"Summary
🔧 The video explores the process of creating the Ford Bronco Raptor 4.5” Fender Flares from start to finish.
Highlights
🖨️ The process begins with 3D scanning and reverse engineering the scan data to create a smaller, workable file.
📝 CAD designers use the reverse engineered data to design the 4.5” fender flares, taking inspiration from previous Bronco kits.
🛠️ Once the design is finalized, foam plugs are CNC machined to create the molds for production.
🚗 The molds are used to create the final fender flares, which are then prepped, painted, and quality checked before shipping or installation.
🌟 The result is a product with perfect fit and consistent gaps, making it a valuable investment for customers."

Awesome, thanks for posting. Got the 7.5” kit on order and looking forward to that video to see how they look.
Sweet, looking forward to your pictures and feedback! I like the large flares, so the 7.5" would also be my choice.
