OEM beadlock width in beadlock form

Anyone know the width when using the wheel in beadlock mode
It seems 8.5” in regular form
But I’m guessing 9.5” in beadlock mode?

approximately 9" width when using beadlock ring. I have not had a tire removed from the wheel yet to measure, but it would be the 8.5" plus the width of the outer wheel lip with beauty ring removed.

I’m thinking same,
I’d like to get bigger tires but I see some sites say minimum or 9” or 9.5” rim

I’d be running them in beadlock form
But have not had a chance to remount a tire on mine to measure

I’m thinking the space thickness or the tire too
Like from inside to outside swap would give you about 1/2” thickness of tire + the 3/8 Ish ? Of the rim wall

So maybe a 1” total increase

Agreed, maybe somewhere between 1/2-1" increase. It could be measured when the tire has been dismounted and a Ford Beadlock ring is set on the wheel as the Ford beadlocks appear to actually make contact with the wheel after mounting and torquing. Below is a good install video.

From the video you showed me it seems like the bead lock ring ads approximately 1 inch or so from the old lip.
You can see that below in the screenshot I took

Hopefully mine will be here in a week or so and I’ll be able to schedule time with My Mechanic to install them
When I get it done, I’ll try to take some pictures and measurements for everyone for reference

After install seems like just a slight width extra not much of a big deal
