ORV sticker plate that mounts to tailgate reinforement?

Has anyone come up with a solution to mount ORV stickers to a plate that attaches to the accessory mounting points on the tailgate reinforcement? I don't want them on the paint and the sand dunes State park in Michigan requires ORV stickers - and it's a great place to go topless - so I also don't want on the rear lift glass. I'd like to find a plate, similar in size to a licence plate for a motorcycle, that mounts to the accessory mounting points on the tailgate reinforcement plate to the passenger side of the rear tire. I've seen a few options that mount to the spare above the center post, but one of my recovery board mounting options mounts in that area.

I like your idea of a plate that attaches to the accessory mounting points. The Michigan ORV trail decal is 1.875" x 3.5", half the size of a motorcycle plate's 4" x 7". You could possibly fabricate your own with a sheet plate. nylon spacers, and longer screws to space away from the reinforcement. Depending on the inspecting officer, they may not like a removable mount like a hitch receiver plug.
