Fiberglass fenders installed

Now that's a proper Raptor! Those fenders are so much better than the Rubbermaid Dumbo ears. I was thinking about having my fender flares body colored matched, but the wife likes the contrast of the color (body is Code Orange). So I was thinking (against all common sense) about getting the CF Ford Performance fender flares since they are dark in color.
Thanks! I tried hard to love the OEM fenders, but they always bugged me on the Velocity Blue. Oddly enough, I think the color matched versions look pretty sharp on a few of the colors such as Black, Code Orange, or Shelter Green. Since I had to replace the fenders anyway, it was an easy choice to go with the ADV's instead of the OEM's.

I think the FP flares would look really good on Code Orange! Mine's got the Anderson CF hood and top. The quality is excellent. They make the CF flares for FP, so I'd expect them to be the same.

I don't mind the fenders and I just have the regular black ones; however, mine is all black so that may make a difference.

I like, or maybe have grown to like the black ones on my HPR. But I only think it’s because I also have the graphics and they tend to blend the flares to my eye. But I’m not going to lie. I was a total hater when they were first revealed.

To me, the original OEM dark gray flares look best on a black truck like yours. On the Velocity Blue it wasn't the OEM gray color, but that weird downward angle on the rear flares just stuck out.

Since I had to replace them all anyway and the cost was pretty similar, I just felt like the ADV fenders would look better than the OEM's on my truck. It's all a matter of personal opinion, though. Regardless of the flare types, I've never met a Bronco I didn't love!

IMHO, the OG black flares are most appealing with lighter colors, like white, gray, silver, Cyber Orange (my steed), Cactus Gray, or A51 (including the Azure Gray variant). This provides contrast and visual impact. Darker blues, greens, and reds are not so copacetic. I guess it doesn’t matter with black…

I agree. Never thought it through but it seemed they looked better on some. I think this is it.
