Hey all, to begin - I have no knowledge of lighting or electrical - so please bear with me. I bought my truck used, and I'm guessing the previous owner had some better fog lights on at one point and changed the wiring. Well, he placed the factory Rigid's back before he traded it in and I now have non-working fogs. I'm trying to get them back working and have no clue what i'm doing. If anyone has any suggestions based off of my photo, I'd be grateful for any advice. I'm wondering if I need some kind of harness or adapter to plug it back in to the factory connection. I read somehwere that these green connectors are for baja designs lights, but again.. no idea what i'm looking at and i'm wondering if there's an "easy" fix.

This Ford Performance driving light upgrade installation instructions should assist you in determining the correct connections. (click on photo below) I think the light assembly electrical connect is above the bumper out of sight behind the body colored strip under the grill, you need to use you hand to locate.

Looks like they may have installed this adaptor.

Can't tell from the pics but you should just be able to trace up the wire and hopefully unplug the adaptor and you should have the factory plug that fits the factory fogs. The fact that they didn't do that and hook them back up though makes me think they cut it off and installed the connectors directly to the factory wiring.

The folks at SPV are very helpful. They can probably make up an adaptor for you that does what you need. A female WP 2 Pole to the Rigid fog light connectors.

They have the correct factory connections since they make this adaptor to run both fogs off of one switch.
