Ford Performance Air/Oil Separator DIY installation

Latest update after speaking with Tom yesterday is they are at least 4-6 weeks out on the new design. Good news at least they are working to get this problem fixed.

I bought my Ford Performance oil air separator from Blue Oval Industries in Illinois. I will never buy anything from them again. I have been trying to get it returned and they DO NOT offer a live phone service. Everything is done by email. A bunch of ass hats in my opinion.

Thank you for the update! I wouldn't expect, but did Tom happen mention if the new design was 4-6 weeks out before testing, production, or shipping?

I'm hoping and expecting that Ford Performance will be sending out the new updated components/systems for all of the current sold systems with a prepaid return label for the replaced components. Hopefully Ford will be able to sort out those that were purchased directly online from Ford Performance, Ford dealerships, or Ford Performance resellers.

I've learned the hard way, before I place online orders I check for a U.S. customer service phone number on their site before placing an any order, if not I move on.
