Hi Friends,

Did the ProCal tune at a dealership Monday.

Before tune: 418 HP and 440 lbs. of torque. After tune: 455 HP and 536 lbs. of torque

When I first drove away I didn't notice much difference. It seemed smoother but not a huge difference in the HP or torque. I was in a city so that may have had something to do with it. Don't spend much time there. Was kinda gassing it a bit and I guess I felt a little better acceleration.

I really noticed it when getting on the highway and while driving on the highway. At about 4000 plus RPM it is noticeable. There is more power available and the torque is noticeable while passing. It also was smoother with less shifting.

When I hit some dirt road trails on a friends private land I could tell the difference. This is where I could feel free to really check it out. From a rolling start and flat footing it the acceleration is better and the shifting seems less and an overall smoother transition to speed.

I think it makes a difference and the power is where you want it to be. Glad I got it put in and am looking forward to really spending some time with it.

Longer shifts and overall smoother with more pep. Before it seems you were really working through those gears if you were giving it.

That's my take.

Did you do this in Normal and Sport? I am much happier with the Sport mode now.
In normal. I put it in sport quickly while on the highway but only briefly. Just went out to the post office and in normal I noticed much better acceleration. I will try sport. I am happy with this.

Yesterday was a long day. Little city driving. Highway and dirt trails. In the city just accelerating with traffic was hard to tell. But today on my same route to post office I really noticed a difference.

I installed mine also from the dealer a few weeks ago, I think it makes a big difference. I love the performance.

You are right. I am starting to see that.

I am in the same boat as the others. I do feel a difference especially in the shifting. So much smoother and I feel this how it should have came from the factory. If anyone is on the fence about this product my take is go for it. But if you’re trying to go all out and run it down the drag strip trying to hit 12’s in the quarter mile probably not the best call on the pro cal. But for daily driving and more smiles per gallon this works for me.
