No, hard plastic liner behind the armrest/cupholders. Rear seat backs look identical to marine grade vinyl seats.

Thanks, what im considering doing here is adding the left side seatback with the armrest (as MGV interior doesn't get rear armrest) and also buying a MGV seat cover and then having my upholstery shop swap out pieces so I can essentially have a MGV rear seat with armrest
