VIN and build data for the 2022 Bronco Raptor

Yes, I also received the same email from Ford 5 days after taking delivery, I wanted to reply back "Ford your absolutely correct"

Ford and other manufactures years ago started outsourcing the shipping, at the plants once the vehicle is "Released" it's then in custody of the contracted shipping company. This new dealer VINView Vehicle tracking system now tracks post release.
Mine had a build week of Oct 24, Blend Oct 27 and build day of Oct 28. It’s been in “production” for 11 days. I just got the tear tag listed today 11/1/2022. Wondering when I’ll move into the built stage. Anyone know how long it took to get shipped and delivery one it hits the “built” stage?

Sorry to say this, but the answer to your question is….”no one knows”.

If you read through this thread, the experiences are pretty much from two weeks to three months, with no ability to discern the timing for a specific build.

I’m in the same boat as you and I’m sadly assuming It will ship when it ships and then the transport mystery will begin.

Within a week it should go to "built", your dealer will know when it's "released" for shipping and with the new dealer VINView Vehicle tracking system your dealer should be able to provide updates on the location of your new Bronco Raptor.

Yes there are tracking tools, but John has it nailed - there is no predictable timetable. My only advice is to have patience. Your rig is on the way, in some stage of production, and will be delivered this year. That is a great place to be…a better situation than many. You’ll be over the moon when it finally gets here.

Yes, finally! Got my build date of 12-19 and vin ending in PLA93765. (23MY) :giggle:

I finally…FINALLY…got a baby picture. My build date was in early August. 🙄

It is currently crawling along BNSF roads thru Missouri…View attachment 4091
My rig finally arrived by rail to San Diego early this morning. The BNSF Railyard here is less than 5 miles from my house…I wonder how much longer it will be until I get the keys? I’ll volunteer to drive the transport truck to my dealer!

Finally! I'm happy for you! 🍻

Welcome to the forum. My daughter used to live in Fargo. Have been there quite a few times. Love those mild winters you guys have. LOL. Wish we had a Scheels here in NC. I love that place.
Thank you, no snow yet, but expecting 12" of horizontal snow Thursday. Luckily, tomorrow, my wife and I will be in our Cirrus heading to Nashville, then SC (hilton head) for a wedding and maybe get to see Nicole up close and personal. Its a good place to live.....it really helps me appreciate warmth and calm air.....those features don't exist in ND now till May. Scheels is great.....they are highly successful because of great service and what else do you do to pass the time during a ground blizzard? I'm excited for my drift buster to get here!

Thats crazy. I will be in Nashville next week. I live in Western NC and you will probably fly right over us heading Hilton Head. We are in a small town Called Tryon NC. If you fly over wave! LOL Have a safe and fun trip.

Also-My First time to visit Scheel's was the day NDSU was playing for the National Championship in Texas 3 years ago. It was crazy to see so many fans and workers just hanging out watching the game. You are right they are a great company and I would say set the standard in their industry for service. No one compares.

Tracker shows shipped and in transit as of tonight. Big relief.
Congratulations! Must feel good getting to the next step. Mine still sits “in production“. I’m trying to figure out if there is some specific reason for the delay while I wait (impatiently).

What wheels did you order? I’m the standard rims.

also what’s your ETA? should be good comp for NorCal delivery.

thanks!

Hi,
Standard rims. No graphics either. My eta is 11/5-11/11, but my dealer is in NY. Then I am having it private trucked to LA. But my Badlands that was shipped in July took a month from shipped to dealer via rail then convoy to dealer in So Cal. A month from shipped to CA seems to be about what I have heard.

Thank you, for the info. I don’t have a single option other than the second row top bag, so I’m having a really hard time understanding what the hold up is. oh well, it’ll get her eventually

Mine has been in production since Oct 24th so maybe another two weeks to get my check mark?! Then wait for shipping. Maybe By Christmas :/

Keep the faith, I woke up this morning to my official Ford email telling me it's "BUILT" and awaiting shipment. Hope yours is there before Christmas!!!!

How long was yours "in production" for? I have build date of 10/25 but not much progress since then

I had a build week of 10/3, a blend date of 10/6 and a build day of 10/7. The tracker showed mine "In Production" 10/11 and stayed there till 11/9. The tracker updated on 11/9 to "built" and I received my Ford email today showing its built and delivery window of 11/26-12/2 to my dealer.
