2023 Bronco Raptor
Little over a year ago when we purchased our Bronco Raptor, it had a nice feature that when you unlocked the doors all the windows would jog down about a quarter of an inch, which prevented the windows from catching on the upper weather stripping when opening the doors. Then around early 2024, Ford had a firmware update and now the windows no longer jog down when you unlock the doors and every time you open any door, the windows always catch on the weather stripping. When I asked the dealer/service department, they just shrugged their shoulders and had no fix. Has anyone figured out in FORScan how to have the windows jog down when unlocking your Bronco so the doors don't catch on the weather stripping?

I haven't seen any setting in FORScan yet. I've always wanted the windows to dip with the front door handles proximity feature that also auto unlocks, seems it would be a simple low cost coding, same as your initial feature when unlocking the doors. My 2022 Bronco Raptor and wife's 2023 Badlands the windows have never dipped upon unlocking. A year ago I asked a local Ford dealer for the update mentioned in the video below but they also didn't have any suggestions. I'll try to remember to ask again.

I had an early 2021 Badlands and learned to always open the door a bit more slowly than a typical vehicle (due to the lack of auto-drop). Then, I got my 2023 Raptor and it had the auto drop as you described @S & P and it was awesome. I traded the Badlands for a Heritage LE and that too had the auto drop - WOO HOO!

Now, there is no joy - that functionality has been eliminated from all Broncos. Hopefully, Ford brings it back!

Odd, my 22 Raptor dips the windows triggered every time the handle is slightly pulled when entering. I thought they all did it. I do believe sometimes it doesn't, because when I go to shut it the door doesn't seem to close all the way and sounds funny. I haven't been able to consistently repeat it to fully determine what's happening. A quick slight open, then shut resolves the issue (the window dips then resets).

All 4 windows on my Raptor drop when I hit fob unlock.

Our 2024 windows open slightly when you grab the handle to open the doors. Does it on all 4 windows.

As do mine. Fob and door handle

I checked both again last night, the 2022 Raptor and 2023 Badlands (Lux pkg on both), neither one dips the windows at any time before the door is open. Checked using the remote, FordPass app, and proximity to unlock. I don't understand why Ford wouldn't dip the windows with proximity every time, locked or unlocked, however that would only apply to the front doors with the proximity function. Sounds like I need to make a phone call to Ford Performance or Ford Customer Service.

Too strange, seems that some windows drop and some don't. Must be an issue with firmware updates, hard to figure. Glad to hear you don't have the problem.
