Aftermarket wheels for the Bronco Raptor

I just ordered a set of 5 wheels in the pic below. My son has similar Innov8 wheels on his Gen 1 Raptor and they are a work of American Made art. Forged from a solid block. Went with powder coated Black, and a grey deadlock ring. In the photo of my Son's wheels you can see more of the detail since they are raw finished.
Very nice and great choice! What size and offset did you order? Are you planning to run the OEM K02's or different tire?

Thank you. Innov8 and my off-road shop had me go with 17 inch/8.5, 6x135mm bolt pattern, 4.5" backspace and +6mm off set.
Yeah I will run the K02's until they need to be replaced. I travel to our local mountains in the snow and like the 3 peak rating on the KO2's so I will give them a shot.

Those wheels look great! I can't wait to see those bolted up to your Bronco Raptor!

We’re putting some 20x10 Vossen HF6-5's in satin black on next week. Can’t wait.

Wow those are nice.

Please keep us posted with pics. A lot of us are looking for that perfect fitment close to stock.

If this looks good, I might copy your wheel spec (spacing and offset)

will do. They are 8 weeks out to machine the wheels. Hopefully my Braptor arrives before December.

Just curious, but what did they run you?

Custom offset and forged seems amazing. Might need to hit them up

I was able to get a discount thru my off road shop who orders quite a few of their rims, but once you add the billet hub, black lug nuts, upgraded beadlock ring, and black beadlock bolts comes out to a little under 1k a wheel. Expensive, but I justify it to myself by saving the 2k not upgrading my rims via Ford and hopefully selling my BRaptor takeoff stock wheels. At least that is what I tell myself. Ha

Geez. Definitely a pretty penny, but soooo nice haha.

Do you know how much they weigh? A decrease in unsprung weight could be worth the premium

I will see if I can find out. I thought around 30lbs.
Let us know!

I think it may be less than that. if I am remembering correctly:

Stock rims non beadlock: ~28lb
Stock rims beadlock capable: ~33lbs

i may be wrong. But forged could be a nice weight savings.

Congrats!

My light wallet will be the weight savings....

This is about what I expected, forged will weight a little more than a cast wheel. Our BR OEM forged beadlock capable wheels should be between 36-38 lbs, I will be weighing mine this weekend.

🔥🔥🔥🔥
Vossen HF6-5’s in satin black. 20x10” with Nitto Ridge Grapplers 37x13.5x20.

All avaiable here at Lethal Performance!
Very Nice, with a -18 offset and the 10" width make the tires appear much wider and hang outside the flaires! The Flares now look small in comparison, love it! For those that thought the Flares were too big, easy solution is bigger tires and wheels, Problem solved! :giggle:

Our Bronco Raptor Forged Beadlock-capable OEM wheel weights about 36.4 lbs.
EEC51B03-4306-4FDC-9B2F-7240F9C2A756.jpeg

Weighted the spare tire/wheel combo on a bathroom scale, maybe not the most accurate so I tried a dozen times. highest was 102.2, lowest 101.4, most common was 101.6 reading.
So, if we use 101.6
minus 2.25 oz wheel weights, -.14
minus 3 oz for motorcraft TPS, -.187
minus 64.8 lbs for the KO2 according to BFGoodrich site.
Totals to approximately 36.4 lbs., a little lighter than I expected.

Beadlock-capable, you mean. Adding the actual beadlock rings would add weight. 😉
