Thanks. My fender flare worked as it should and the outer flare ”broke away” from inner which stayed attached like picture From Turbo S. When you look up this part number it says it does not fit the vehicle but you are 100% correct, the part number W790217-S900 attaches to the holes on the fender body. There are also 9 clips (mine was front drivers) part number W715694-S300 that you use to attach the lower underside to the inner flare piece. Pretty easy to put back on.
