Bronco Production Numbers

Future of Jeep "... next time I'm going to get me a FORD." Glad I did!

It's 15-OCT and Ford has yet to release the September producion numbers.

Finally tracked down the SEP-2024 production numbers . . . 2nd month Ford has produced over 16k Broncos and a new production record for the M.A.P.

Scheduling for BRaptors only prior to the Christmas shutdown.

Ford sets a new production record for the M.A.P. in October. A resurgence of Broncos!
Has Ford solved its supply chain problems? Or, are they now more focused on ICE than EV?

Wow, that's a significant increase in production!

M.A.P. November production 4th highest in Bronco history.

That's a healthy production push before the end of the year!

Given the M.A.P. Bronco pipeline, approx. 2-3wks from start to end, the December numbers will not be all BRaptors due to the lag, but will be the majority (sans Ranger production).

While we're waiting for DEC 2024 production numbers . . .

Raptor T1 at Dakar 2025 . . . parts are parts.

The Ford M.A.P. is currently shut down for the first three weeks of January, on top of the 2-week Christmas shutdown, to prepare for MY25. This is not unusual when shifting from one model year to the next. Note how the MY start has shifted from October to December then to January. As Ford Authority reported roughly one month ago, Ford recently informed workers at the Michigan Assembly plant that it planned to scale back 2025 Bronco production amid slowing demand. 2025 Ford Bronco and Ranger production is now slated to begin on January 25th.

Big push for the Raptor trim level in December; however, the majority of units were the other 8 trim levels. As noted months ago, Ford has dropped the Black Diamond, Everglades, Heritage Limited and Wildtrak trim levels for MY25 and added the 2-dr Stroppe Edition.

Expect the January production numbers to be low as the pipeline is flushed of the MY24 units and only one week of MY25.

Production low as expected. The last of the MY24 (mostly Raptors from DEC) and one week of MY25 Broncos (all trim levels).

@ChiliPepper - do you have a sense of the quantity of Broncos produced v. sold?

I am seeing some of the largest inventory ever on dealer lots and I have to assume that Ford needs some additional incentives to to increase demand…

I have not been keeping track of sales mainly because the total numbers are confounded by new vs. used. Plus, there is a 30 to 60-day lag in "new" sales numbers, so it isn't easy to draw any conclusions. See the opening posts of this thread. Here is what Ford publishes:

I am much obliged for your patience; I was skiing at Sun Valley.

The big push for the Raptor trim level at the MY24 has made it out the door. MY25 trim levels are producing comparable to the previous two years, despite Ford's comments about slowing production.

I love skiing in Sun Valley - what a fantastic place! Did you stay at the Inn?
Nope, a wonderful 2-bedroom house in Hailey, a block off of main street and walking distance to everything, except the slopes. Just the way we like it. Considering a move to there.
