The last 6 digits of the VIN is the numerical sequence. BRaptors, regular Broncos and Rangers are assembled at the Ford MAP in Wayne MI; hence, the BRaptors sequence numbers are mixed in with the other vehicles. It would take someone at Ford doing some production research to determine if your BRaptor is XXX of YYYY for MY22. Since it is only important for bragging rights, I don't think it is worth the effort.
What I would like to know is the difference between the A, B and C prefixes of the sequence number. Is it just a sequence number, meaning A00001 to A99999 then B00001 etc.? Is it sequential independent of model year, line, series or body type?
My MY23 BRaptor VIN is --
B10302, which would imply that Ford has made all of the 'A' series and has started on the "B' series. That is over 110,000 vehicles for the MAP (BRaptors, regular Broncos and Rangers), which is totally possible for a given MY. However, since MY23 only started in November 2022, did the MAP crank out 110,000+ vehicles in 3 months? Not likely given the US quarterly Bronco and Ranger sales numbers.

It is difficult to say that production and sales numbers for a given quarter are the same. Also, the MY typically starts in October or Q4 of the previous CY.
Example #1
Looking at window sticker examples we can see a MY21 regular Bronco with a --A65550 VIN, which was assembled in Q2CY21. Using the sales number to estimate the MY production numbers we get a MAP total production for MY21 through June 2021 of 151,954. The Bronco only total is 66,435. So it is seen that the sequence number is dependent on the "line" but independent of the trim level or "series" and the A65550 VIN is reasonable for June 2021.
Example #2
Looking at window stickers for MY22 BRaptors with a --
A50604 and --
A51068 VIN, which were assembled in Q3CY22. The Bronco MY22 total through Q2CY22 is 77,852. So neither A50604 or A51068 is reasonable for July-August 2022, which implies that MY22 may not have started in OCT 2021 (Q4). Using only Q1 and Q2 sales numbers we get 53,033 Broncos, which makes the A50604 and A51068 VINs more reasonable. Note that if the sequence number was dependent on the "series" then that would imply the Ford made over 50,000 BRaptors in the first half of 2022; is that reasonable? Probably not. Bronco Nation estimates that only 2000-3000 BRaptors will be made annually.
Example #3
@widnere12 posted a --
A80364 VIN for a MY23 BRaptor with a build date of 11-21-2022. Also looking at a window sticker for a MY23 regular Bronco with a --
A86290 VIN and a build date of 11-17-2022 we see the MY did not start over at A00001. So what is going on here and why does a BRaptor built 4 days after a regular Bronco have a low sequence number? Clearly from all the postings, Ford ran the MAP for MY22 through the end of October to catch up on aging orders. So did Ford make over 80,000 MY23 Broncos is 3 weeks? Absolutely not! Logic cannot explain this large sequence number; however, it may explain why I have a --B10302 VIN for a MY23 BRaptor with a build date of 01-23-2023. That is to say the MY23 sequence numbers are a continuation of the MY22 sequence numbers.
Example #4
Looking at a window sticker for a MY22 regular Bronco with a --
B18054 VIN, which was assembled in Q1-Q2CY22. How do we explain the 'B' prefix, which implies 118,053 Broncos for MY22? Total reported Bronco sales through the end of Q1CY22 was 144,920 (MY21: 96,528; MY22: 48,392). Clearly, if we want to make sense of Ford's sequence numbers, then we will need a Ford employee in production scheduling to explain it.
