Try this post/thread for any hints, but I removed my air dams when I had the modular bumper end assemblies off….

Taking off the bumper ends is pretty easy. There is one bolt I mention in my post you’ll want to put in early on re assembly and turning steering full lock gives you tons of room to work in there.

Last thing, putting a little dielectric grease on the harness connector eases reconnection. Me, my buddy and a bunch of folks on the forum have run into this issue.
