ProCal for Bronco Raptor is HERE!!

Thanks a lot for the info.
Does the tune affect the Temp that you might know? We living in a 100 degree temp with a lot of humidity.

Thanks in advance.
Turbos don’t do well in hot or wet weather (like yours) however, the added HP & TQ of the tune will certainly provide a noticeable difference compared to stock. The other most noticeable upside is the improvement in transmission shifting in terms of both harshness and gear selection. YMMV

Did you upgrade the intercooler? Thanks again 🙏

Help me understand the warranty with this 3yr 36k miles. Does it reduce the power train warranty to 3yr 36k?

No...By having a certified tech or dealership install keeps your warranty in place.
It could void your warranty entirely if you install and screw it up.

If you have 28k miles on your truck mynu

also if you have 29k miles on your truck the warranty only continues the last 7k until 36k. It doesn’t start from the mileage on the vehicle.

Bingo! It doesn't add it just maintains your existing warranty!
Good point!

Not to mention that it will invalidate any *extended* warranty regardless of who installs it.

Just curious with this ProCal can you revert to stock settings ?

Thanks,
Chuck
If the instructions are followed, it gets downloaded to your ProCal handheld AND then a backup gets uploaded to Ford Performance servers. You can access it anytime using your handheld device or online by simply logging into your account.

Is that confirmed?
Yes. Our resident extended warranty expert is Zach from Granger Motors. They offer killer prices on warranties but he confirmed that Procal tunes and PremiumCare do *NOT* mix.

@Zach@Granger I hope I haven’t misquoted you.

I found quite a few other references online, Bronco or other Ford products, where people were very clear that the ProCal did not have issues with Ford's extended warranty. If that's an issue with the Raptor, I'd love to get some more specific details.

Spoke to Ted Russel Ford in Knoxville today and they want to charge $300 for the install.

I also have a 100,000 mile extended warranty and I asked them if it would affect that warranty if I have it installed and they stated NO! They said the 3 year 36,000 warranty was for the software.
