What did you do to your Bronco Raptor today?

Installed the Yota under hood LED light today. I installed the plunger on the battery mount so I wasn't drilling into any painted bodywork. Worked like a charm and super easy to install. Throws a good bit of light into the engine bay as well.

installed the Rock slider Skid Plate's, painted the rivets to match the plate.
Thinking of a replacement for the Rock Slider logo. Possibly a coder orange Raptor logo.

Rock Slide Engineering 4 Door Step-Slider Skid Plate
Nice! One of my favorite rock rails... and steps.
The Rock Slider emblem is to let the common pickup/suv drivers know that you do Not have running boards. :giggle:

Need to get the skid plates myself. How hard was the installation?
The original install was not easy, I would recommend a local off road shop.
I ordered the steps, lights, door delete kit and covers from Buckle Up off road. Krista is very helpful.

I already have the Rockslide steps installed along with the light kit, just need the skid plates added. for a bit more protection. Wasn't sure if it was just an easy bolt-on to the existing steps or not.

L👀ks great & I don’t want to be Debbie Downer so please keep an eye on your temp gauges to ensure those super nova lights aren’t impeding your cooling capabilities.

I hear ya. I'm keeping an eye on the temps...

If it does starting interfering with the cooling, I'll swap out the bull bar for the flat Wildhorses bumper mount.

I installed the Yota kit last July - works great. I did not install the button that actuates the light when the hood is released. It was the only part of the kit I felt was a bit cheap. I didn't want it failing and then the light being on all the time and the battery dying.

Not a bad idea. It's a fairly simple product though and that LED would have to be on a LONG time to drain the battery. We'll see how long the switch lasts!

Were you happy with mounting the 40” strip? The hood contour is kind of irregular.

so it rained all weekend so took some time to add my old accessories from my 2024 wildtrack to my 2023 raptor. I traded in my WT for the raptor week or so ago. raptor had 2k miles, obviously an upgrade trim wise. my 24 wt had its engine completely replaced by ford at 6k miles. it was up to 15k and had started ticking again. ended up getting a good deal on the raptor. but let me know what yall think up my mods so far. installed turn offroad safari bar with 4 rigid pods on TC broncos light bar moutn. painted the plastic bumper cover black to match bumper. painted D rings HPR to match Bronco. installed pillar lights. and installed Tuffskins Raptor door sill protectors. pretty excited so far. the rigid lights all have amber backlights. so they match up with the rest of the marker lights on the braptor at night.

Well done, I haven't seen the plastic bumper cover two toned before. Unique and blends in nicely with the bumper and bash plate. Congrats!

Big improvement on the bumper paint. what did you use?
