You made those obstacles look pretty easy! I've been over a few of those and they are definitely much more scary and difficult in person!

Getting ready for Foutz Rear lower arm frame guards. A bit of emery cloth and some flat black paint I had kicking around I am pleased with the outcome. Looking forward to protecting it.
Added the TUFSKINZ FORD letters in velocity blue. Really like it on the Code Orange. Im going to do all the Raptors in the velocity blue. Really pops with the code orange plus i have the blue interior.

No. It is a Rough Country high winch mount (PN 51067).

The approach angle on that mount looks about perfect!
Did you air down any for these trails or did you keep the pressures up for for clearance?

The RC winch mount does not impact the OEM approach angle of 47°. When I was at the 43° wall obstacle, Poison Spider, the mount never touched the wall; even with a 1.5" fairlead and F55 flatlink.
I was aired down to 20-22 psig on all obstacles and trails.

Have you considered going up to the 39-inch KO2s when you wear out the stock tires or are you content with the capabilities of the 37s?

Raptor an average ground clearance of 14 inches. So far, I've found that to be sufficient for up to a hard 7 trail. Ask me again after I do some 8s. If I change anything, I'll probably go from the C rated 37s to a D rated 37 for better sidewalls. E rated might be too much?I saw a lifted truck with 44" tires on the Golden Spike. It required a step ladder to get into the cab. Sure, it rolled over every obstacle like it wasn't there, but what's the fun in that? Besides, it needed to be trailered everywhere.
Bigger is not always better. Best to go with stock and learn better skills.

I can attest to the stock spare already being a royal PITA to remove and mount! The only way I can justify the 39s is going with a lightweight wheel like the RTR's. If you go that route I think the weight difference is pretty negligible considering the diameter improvement.When I bought the

I have the rtr with 39 ko2s and it is about the same weight as the stock beadlock capable and 37 ko2s. ko2s are actually one of the lightest tires in their size. I have no issue taking off/ putting on my spare. its actually lighter than i thought it would be. I do live in the gym though

I suppose if you went to a bigger rim, like 20", then you could reduce the weight some. But then you need new rims.
