I saw a lifted truck with 44" tires on the Golden Spike. It required a step ladder to get into the cab. Sure, it rolled over every obstacle like it wasn't there, but what's the fun in that? Besides, it needed to be trailered everywhere.
Bigger is not always better. Best to go with stock and learn better skills.
